Our Leadership

Obianuju Uchenna

Principal

Obianuju Uchenna is a structured financing expert, an international development consultant and a technology entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience delivering impact and leading transactions in the Emerging Markets. Obianuju began her career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banker on their London office’s Equity Derivatives desk. While at Goldman, she led the execution of numerous derivative transactions, including leading the restructuring of a €4bn equity derivative trade for a Middle Eastern client. Subsequent to her time at Goldman Sachs, Obianuju moved to Nigeria where she spent time as a Senior Consultant at Dalberg and was also the Chief ESG Officer at Avery Row, based in their Lagos office. Obianuju is also the co-founder of an ed-tech start-up called Nigenius, which provides high- quality lesson planning and teaching resources for teachers and schools. Obianuju holds an MA in French and Russian from the University of Oxford and a Double Master’s degree in International Development and International Affairs from Sciences Po in Paris and Columbia University in New York. She is also an avid linguist who speaks five languages, including fluent French, Russian and Spanish.

Ife Ibigbami

Principal

Ife Ibigbami is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and institutional capacity strengthening. With a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and driving positive change, Ife has played instrumental roles in supporting government agencies and institutions in Nigeria. From conducting comprehensive system analyses to designing and implementing strategic tools, Ife has consistently excelled in identifying gaps and recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. With a keen focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement, Ife has successfully managed key relationships and facilitated workshops to prioritize interventions and streamline processes. Whether overseeing the development of long-term strategies, managing project closeouts, or providing surge support during emergencies, Ife’s dedication to excellence and commitment to results have made significant contributions to organizational success and progress in Nigeria.
